Carlos Knott

Carl Thomas Knott Jr. was born in Lumberton North Carolina in 1951. His family later moved to Greenville. His mother Eunice and grandmother Eunice made sure he went to Bible conferences and camps. He had an intellectual knowledge and familiarity with Christianity, but did not have eternal life. He and Ruth Elmore were married in 1973. In January of 1975, at 23 yrs of age, he trusted Christ as his personal Lord and Savior, after hearing a message on John 10.27-29. He was an Air Force pilot and flight instructor til 1980. After military service he met and studied under William MacDonald. He and Ruth were commended to full time Christian work in 1982. They co-labored with William MacDonald until 1986 when they were commended for missionary work in Spain and wherever the Lord may lead. Carl is known as Carlos there and in the many Hispanic countries that he visits for ministry. The Lord has enabled him to carry on by faith a publishing ministry which now has over 100 titles in print. Books are provided free of charge and sent to many countries.
